By accessing, browsing, or using BribeBoard ("we," "us," or "the Service") at bribeboard or associated domains, you ("User," "Advertiser," or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Description of Service

BribeBoard operates as an interactive, real-time digital advertising ledger and leaderboard discovery platform. Users may purchase promotional spots to showcase their brand name, external URL link, logo/avatar, and description on our visual evidence network.

Positioning on the board is calculated strictly dynamically: higher bids immediately secure higher visibility. The highest active bidder claims the #1 "Kingpin" central feature.

3. Digital Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

Upon successful payment authorization by our payment gateway, promotional listings are provisioned and rendered on the live evidence board immediately ("Instant Digital Delivery"). No physical goods are shipped.

4. Acceptable Use & Content Guidelines

You agree not to submit, link to, or promote any content that:

• Contains malware, spyware, phishing links, trojans, or unauthorized exploit code.
• Promotes illegal goods, illicit narcotics, unauthorized weapons, or unlawful activities.
• Infringes upon any third party's intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights.
• Contains explicit pornography, CSAM, hate speech, harassment, defamation, or violence.
• Violates the terms or policies of our payment processors or digital service partners.

We reserve the absolute right to review, reject, or permanently remove any listing violating these guidelines without refund or prior notice.

5. Non-Refundable Nature of Competitive Placements

Because placement and digital exposure are delivered immediately upon transaction confirmation, all fees paid on BribeBoard are competitive advertising charges and are strictly non-refundable. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BribeBoard, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, ranking fluctuations caused by subsequent bidders, or third-party website traffic volumes.
